The complete Timbren Axle-Less 3,500lb (1,585kg) Extreme Duty Trailer Bundle (1984-Present). This is the ‘ready-to-bolt-on’ solution featuring 6-lug heavy-duty brakeless hubs. Ideal for high-capacity utility trailers, horseboxes, and heavy equipment haulers. Includes a full Digital Installation & Alignment Manual to ensure a professional build. LEGAL NOTE: For road legality in UK/EMEA, unbraked trailers must not exceed 750kg GVW. It is the builder’s responsibility to ensure compliance.
We supply the 3,500lb-rated 84655_2 hubs with our 750kg kits because they feature significantly larger bearings and a heavier casting than standard utility hubs. For our customers in the Middle East, Africa, and the Australian Outback, this ‘over-engineering’ provides the durability needed for corrugated roads and extreme heat, even while staying within the 750kg road-legal limit.

Standard vs. Legal Capacity: While the components in this bundle (including the 84655_2 Idler Hubs) are engineered by Timbren Industries for higher structural loads, this specific configuration is supplied as a Brakeless System.
The 750kg Limit: Under UK and EU road regulations (Category O1), any trailer operated without a braking system is strictly limited to a Maximum Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 750kg.

IMPORTANT: Tire clearance is based on a standard ‘Zero Offset’ trailer wheel. If using wheels with a Positive Offset (common on factory 4×4 wheels like Ranger/HiLux), wheel spacers or a Long Spindle may be required to prevent inner sidewall rubbing. Max tire width: 235mm (Standard Spindle) / 12.5″ (Long Spindle).
