4. Limitation of Liability

Ride Solutions, its employees, and its directors are not responsible for:

• Vehicle or Product Damage: Any damage caused by incorrect installation.
• Personal Injury: Any injuries sustained during the installation process.
• Equipment Failure: Ride Solutions assumes no responsibility for injuries resulting from the use of improper lifting equipment or the failure to use jack stands. Never work under a vehicle supported only by a jack.
• Pre-existing Conditions: Performance issues caused by pre-existing vehicle wear, such as rusted frames or worn-out leaf springs.

5. Right to Refuse Support & Stop Work Clause

• Safety Reservation: We reserve the right to withhold technical advice if we believe a customer is attempting a modification that is unsafe or outside the intended use of the product.
• Stop Work Clause: If a kit does not appear to fit easily, do not force it or modify the part. Contact us immediately; modifying a Timbren kit without written authorization will void your warranty and may compromise vehicle safety.
